When working with clients, we take the approach that constant and open communication is critical to the success of our relationship. It’s not about telling you what we do; we need to understand what you need, and create solutions that answer your problems. This can only be accomplished by listening, not talking.

Oftentimes we’re asked what is the “deliverable” that a person can expect to receive from a financial planning engagement?  We respond with financial planning is a process and

  • The precise value is defined by our client relationship and represents a different experience for every client.
  • What keeps the client coming back is not the product, but the confidence that we are looking out for their best interests, listening to what they are saying and serving as a partner in helping them get there.
  • We deliver solutions for our clients’ financial needs.
  • We give advice rather than a sales talk.
  • We deliver wise counsel in the management of our clients’ financial affairs.
  • We partner with clients to understand their long-term needs and act as a resource to their success.

What is it that you do as a financial planner?

  • We are responsive. Clients who choose our firm rely on competent advice and fast, accurate personnel.
  • As you begin to identify your goals, our mission is to help you have a better chance of achieving them.
  • Our firm looks to reduce the mental burdens and stress of dealing with financial decisions.
  • Trust and competency and performance are important, but our most rewarding responses from our clients are when they look you in the eye and say thank you. My sense is that they are thankful for us being there, answering questions, being a little proactive, allowing them the opportunity to reduce the worry and stress in their life.
  • We take care of our clients better than anyone else.
